A new addition to Amberley Labels’ product range are digitally printed flexible pouches. Achieving a more sustainable solution, Amberley Labels has evolved its recyclable paper-based soap wrap packaging using a new heat-sealable adhesive. Typically, luxury paper-based soap wraps feature a PE liner providing protective qualities for both the product and packaging. Amberley Labels’ innovative use of a heat-sealable adhesive incorporating moisture barrier properties negates the need for a PE liner, resulting in less weight and material complexity in their new generation packaging. Amberley Labels’ new soap wraps are compatible with their leading print technologies such as DIGITAL METAL® for digitally printed metallic embellishment, and Infinity™ variable data.
